RECIPE
Groundnut. 2 cups
Flour. 2 cups
Sugar. ½ cup
Milk flavor. 1tsp
Salt. 1tsp
Egg. 1
Water. 3 - 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
PROCEDURES
1. Pick your groundnut to remove the bad ones and dirt
2. In a bowl pour your clean groundnut add 1 tbsp of salt and pour hot water over it, stir and let it sit for about 3 minutes, sieve and sun dry
3. In a bowl, pour your sugar, salt, and water, stair and set aside for the sugar to dissolve properly.
4. Sieve your flour in another bowl and add the mix flavor
5. In another bowl, beat your eggs and add to the sugar solution, mix again
6. Pour the groundnuts inside a bowl with a round and smooth bottom ( this will allow for easy rolling, stainless bowl is preferred if available)
7. Take the bowl of groundnut, pour 1 spoonful of the egg mixture inside the bowl and spin the content in a circular motion, the egg will coat all the groundnuts then you now sprinkle small quantity of your mixedu7 flour inside(an average of 2 tbsp) and roll in a circular motion and the flour again will coat the groundnut. Repeat the procedure until you exhaust the flour and the egg mixture. This process will take upto 20 minutes so don't rush it
To achieve a proper round shape you might still need to spin for more minutes
8. Pour in a sieve to remove excess flour if there is any
9. On a medium/low heat fry your coated groundnut till it's golden brown
Your peanut burger is ready. Enjoy!!.
Note: To make one paint, Repeat the above processes until you have exhausted your 1 paint of groundnut
