In terms of health impact... each category of food has its own life nowadays How it’s produced, the ingredients and chemicals used, the oil used, the temperature at which the cooking process heated up to, the country of origins and travel distance, vegan/organic, etc I am not vegan but in terms of health impact I would devo suggest eating whole food

I don't think they are trying to save the cows, I think by their words they want them to eventually be extinct. If we stop eating meat and call cows destructive to the environment then it only makes sense to eliminate destructive things. I was very interested until I heard this and climate change and then I found myself suspicious about eating food from a Lab vs Nature.

The only way to test genetically modified products is via what is called Generation Study. By the way, I am meat lover who avoids processed food. So mostly meat (grass fed) and fish (wild caught), veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds and oils with occasional starches. But I LOVE the idea of at least some meat alternative that tastes like meat and I hope more will come in future. The Impossible meat is mostly soy which is good but only in small amounts as it affects hormones a lot but if it is going to have about the same price as grass fed beef and being easily available I am not against having it on the plate once or twice a week.
