I was like this but now I have limited my smartphone to just 2:30 hours a day and use it only on purpose, last year I read 17 books and have read 3 books already this year. My ability to deep think about topics and my business has been increasing so much all thanks to myself and my determination and my mind

U cut down to 2.5hrs per day .....bro that's my weekly usage 2.5hrs pr week out of them 90% usage is family calls and 10% is religious mantras. Today no family calls so I watched this video and putting comment Bye bye.

Many people work study from their phones so it's daily 4-5 hrs from them including everything doesn't mean they are wrong but what the above comments ment that they use it for important purpose only not for scrolling etc

So my brain littlerly become stunn, my mind became full of thoughts .Unable to focus on anything. So from few weeks ago I started to follow only selected youtube videos. Consuming less and creating more, also I decreased my screen time.

@@starthakog I have the same problem before bcoz I didn't have any goal . I would suggest first decide your goal and start small steps for it . I also feel urge to use my phone still now but in my free time I go for walk in my streets or Play with my cousin (they all are between 8-13 and I'm 20😂) I give my phone to my parents whenever they need it . For education purpose I use my laptop. I use my phone only to talk with my gf and my friends.

I Really needed this video.1 week ago i got over with my classes and now its preparation leave. I just cant focus on subject for a long time and end up doing timepass and due to this i wasted my 1 week. @@SeeKen in my case, I used to do writing which is creative thing, and I was fully focused on studies, now my mind is filled with so much thoughts which possess meaning but to avoid those thought and to avoid that mind I started doing things which I don't used to do, like gaming, watching random videos on KZfaq..etc, I want to destroy this habit of mind thinking about random thoughts and chewing over it
