I don't know why but my mind said to try some bottle flips just for fun during the video. Now when I started doing so, I was not achieving more than 30-40% success rate but I kept on trying and understanding how it worked and it helped me a lot in improving the skill. Now till the end of the video I was able to do more than 15 bottle flips in a row without any hesitation or any fear that this time I could fail, I just believed in myself and did what my mind has learned. Keeping you trained for a certain activity will result in the betterment of you in that activity with its proper understanding. The example may seem a bit silly but yes, it happened in real time in the duration of me watching the video. So cheers to that and wish you all the very best in your journey towards learning and the curiosity to know something new!
