I love the phrase "you need polarity". So true. People don't pay attention when a message tries to appeal to the 99%. It's the 1% who are itching to make a change in their life, a lasting change. Our message needs to speak directly to the 1%.

It's all about finding winning combination. For example, being a KZfaqr is like owning a business. You need to give people what they want and need in their life, same like business owner offer products and services without which people can't live. Toughest part is starting and growing your channel of course, but consistency and hard work (with a lot of Famester of course to help) will always pay off at the end. Good luck to everyone!!

Content creation is the future, but it takes personal inner clarity first in order to do it effectively… if you don’t even understand/know yourself on a deep level, then you won’t understand the nature of other people either. It’s required in order to make effective impactful content - PS love the new camera angle you threw in there. Top notch quality brother.

Dan is skirting around the fact that most content creators are just not interesting enough to merit people's valuable and limited attention. This is the case in ALL areas of life-online and off. The cream will always rise to the top. Harsh and unfair, but true. Yes, find what you enjoy doing and work to get good at it, but realize that you may end up making very little, if any money. Be at peace with that fact and you will be OK.

I watched quite some lengthy videos of yours and this is my conclusion: 1. Most content creators would claim how millions of dollars they get being an independent/ solo entrepreneur. And how suck you are doing your daytime jobs 2. This make people feel FOMO (Fear of missing out) 3. People will click to the link in your description to buy the courses that you sell. Hundreds of dollars per courses 4. And of course, if people buy it enough, it can easily get you millions of buck 5. In the end, all the writing you say is probably: "writing script for your next youtube video to make people feel fomo/ writing content for your courses" 6. So in the end, most of the youtube business models are just selling courses off those psychological factors or affiliate marketings

If you wanna be successful, you must take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

You could be banned and all your work would get written off? 2) How do you view the CC in AI age? In the future '24 (I would assume), that you can create influencial scripts and high tier visual videos, dont you feel this will make all social media platforms unusable? Full of AI bots and AI generated videos.

**Independence is a pillar of the creator's economy** : Dan is not dependent on KZfaq - and he is anyway very present on Instagram and Twitter. But more than this, he's not dependent on any platform. - The platforms are the fuel of his business (Acquisition), - The mailing list is the tank (Retention) - The business is the engine - The products and services he offers are the road trip. If your success depends on the platforms, you break down when it stops. But if you have your own reserve of fuel, you can continue driving for quite a while a plug yourself into the next station. Even more than this - if at any moment a new trendy platform pops up, as Tiktok did a few years ago, you can directly join the race with all your resources and become a champion in a day.. Well, I went on with this car metaphor, but you get it... Build your own audience by capturing emails 🙌🏻 --- **My personal call on the AI Wave** Who knows what will happen and how all of this will take shape... But if we look at the past, innovations are always taking the same kind of shape. A Wave 🌊 First, there is nothing, even a lack of something. It's the moment where the previous innovations are so anchored in society that growth is stagnating. Then comes the wave, the innovation. It builds progressively, some start to feel it before others, but at some point it just takes everyone. After this, the wave goes too far, further than the level of the sea. It's the moment when the innovation is overused... Finally comes back a new stability. In which people and content find a new equilibrium. At the end of the day, I believe that when the wave has passed and brought its new paradigm, human work, human art, and human creation will gain even more value from its scarcity and authenticity.

Content creators are factory workers in the tech companies platforms. Just like all new types of labor, there are a few who do it at first and get paid really well, then the masses, then it gets outsourced for next to nothing. Work in the physical factory used to be outsourced to China for dirt cheap. Now, illegal immigrants do a lot of work for dirt cheap and drive down wages. Next is AI will drive it to near zero and zero on almost all kinds of work. Content creation too. This isn't decades away. It's months or maybe a couple years away at the most.

Great video. I'm launching my first non-coaching digital product tomorrow. I love the idea of launching a new product each quarter.

Thanks Dan! This was very helpful. Ive procrastinated this whole year. I like the tip to launch something every quarter. I know its true that one will never launch anything trying to niche down and form a perfect offer bc thats what ive done. Im doing to buckle down and have something launched by next week. I have the product in my head - its just time i execute it!
