Mr prospect i hear you need some more information to close this deal. I tend to hear this a lot. It has to be clear to what I'm ( we ) offering and what you expect it to be. Now tell me, what extra bit of information do you need to clarify in order to feel that you're making a well informed decision? ( From that point you hear if it's an information based objection or some sort of excuse ) From that point you disect every possible way to not do it and you close them. Hope this serves you well
