- How much do they cost? - What are they made of? - How long does it take to get one?? - How much do they weigh??
These are all questions we get every week from you guys, so while we've been in Cairns for a month, I thought it might be a good idea to take you for a walk through the Norweld Headquarters and give you some Info!!
Norweld is based in Cairns and specialise in Heavy Duty Aluminium Ute Trays & Canopies. We run a Package 3 deluxe Ute Canopy on our BT50 and to tell you the truth.... I don't know how we ever lived without it!!!!

Does your 36K include the GVM and GCM upgrade? If not what did the upgrade cost and did you strengthen the chassis?

Pomsinajourney excludes other upgrades. My suspension upgrade cost $5500 fitted and yep I strengthened chassis with a kit from superior engineering💪

Thanks for that. I've heard from several people that GVM / Towing capacity upgrades, do not increase your GCM. So if the GCM is 6 tonnes (max weight of car / towed item combined) .. it will always be 6 tonnes, no matter what upgrades you do. Is that everyone's understanding? or am i way off the mark please?

PimpinJac na mate, you can still get federally approved gcm upgrades for a lot of vehicles. It’s generally easier to get it done pre registration from new. Our upgrade takes our vehicle to 3500kg gvm and 7000kg gcm👌

Sucks your limit without commercial licenses is what,,, 4.5 m ton~... Going to sound like a douche bag American but we drive F150/250 as cars here, most that own them don't ever tow anything with them... Non commercial is here is 12 m ton~. Monetary x.68 conversion for US dollar, your shit is still expensive as!!! We can buy 10x the truck for the same price, not bashing, but that is just too expensive there. An F250 Super Duty on 5th wheel is rated to tow 16 m ton~... Cute little toys you have there... for way to much $$$$$ Love your channel bro, and your family, keep them coming... you work with what you have, so do we...
