Historically we have been a coffee growing country and in many areas there are large numbers of coffee farms.
Something that has become more popular in recent years is coffee tours, which is why we were interested in doing the Alsacia Starbucks coffee tour.
Located in the Alajuela area, it is a tour that is already known and recommended by many people, so we did not hesitate to schedule our visit to this place.
The tour as such is divided into 4 parts:
• They show the plantations and how to harvest coffee.
• They show the process of how the coffee beans are removed from the fruit.
• Then they show how the coffee is dried and prepared for consumption.
• Finally the coffee tasting part.
There is also the option for those who do not want to pay for the tour of simply arriving at the cafeteria area and enjoying a coffee made directly with the grain of the area that has a spectacular flavor and enjoy a very good view of the plantations. of coffee.
