I dont know why you are unnecessarily wasting your tears for just a 5 percent of Failure. the Bhartiya satellites Roaming around the Orbit is 100 percent Efficient and Active till now. during the Chandryaan 2 they expect these satellites will last upto 5-6 weeks thats why they made Vikramaditya lander. but now these satellites are still working 1st Class and sending the Photographs of Moons which surprisngly contains so many vitals Information that it will be Helpful for setting up a Moon Base. Hence JAXA(Japnese) space agency signed a Pact to work together with ISRO for setting up a moon base. abd the Planning Phase has already started. Last just say Screw you Media and Screw your journalism

BTW Chandrayaan 2 was not a Failure it was 90 Percent Succesfull. The Lander was the only Failure otherwise the all Satelites roaming in the Moons are succesfully and working fine. and the fact is they expected that these satellites who were roaaming around the moon would Last upto 5 weeks but surprisingly it is Working till now and is expected it will last approx upto 8 year until now.

But surprsingly those satellites are still working Actively and Efficiently and Continously sending the Pictures containing Vital Informations about the Moons which can be helpful for setting up a Base.
