I have a Veloster N and a Santa Cruz. No issues whatsoever. Neither has the Theta engine that was problematic. Also bought a Elantra SEL for the son. Perfect car. Just maintain them.

The Veloster N, Santa Cruz, and Elantra SEL each bring something unique to the table, and it sounds like they've been reliable companions for you and your family. Also, your point about maintenance is spot on! 👍

We have both a 2019 and 2020 SEL model with the 2.4 non turbo engines. They run perfectly smooth at any speed, question is where where the engines built ?

Even till today, they still cannot design and engineer a basic reliable engine. Engine problems so bad that theres a couple decades of issues going through class action right now

That is the US-made engines. Being in Australia we get the Korean model Hyundais. No engine problems. The i30 hatch was the first to wear the N badge. In the States, you call the Elantra GT whereas all other countries call them i30. Hyundai America has had poor engineering and work staff. Cutting corners as with nearly all Yankee brands. Poor quality cars compared to other countries. It's always been that way. When Ford Australia decided to bring US cars over they would have to redesign the front ends and reinforce the front side skirts. The same with Chev and German Opel.
