Banning tanks is super popular in ranked. Especially the top player of your own team who plays a flank so you have to play tank.

Pet peave is people waiting last possible second to pick a character, like we have no tank, no healer and I'm trying to let them pick what they're comfortable with, flashing back and forth between grover and khan to show I can tank or heal only for them to lock in tyra last second

Like the other guy said. Another important thing is to understand the difference between a Point Tank and Off Tank. A damage healer and main healer. For example... Team needs a healer. You then go Focus Lens Ying. Yea some really good players can main heal with it but the majority can't. It's Yings damage talent. Kahn is a top pick these days BUT is horrible at holding the point. His shielding ability just isn't enough. Even with his shield talent. Once again... Unless you're a god at spacing etc. He's primarily an off tank.

rank in paladins is preety decent, yes people are kinda braindead but it can be rlly fun somethimes, i had good matches and 3-4 bads, now im gold 2 or 3, its decent

hate to bring it to ya, but if you struggle with ranked its because: you play vora she's way too weak into the meta, especially when tyra is the top tier dmg pick right now she's not efficient enough at flanking to live and will only end up trading there's a reason why she's being buffed I won't lie.
