But please note that Indian law system is evolving and it is being misused. Sometimes people with bad intentions can put a case and it is your responsibility to come out of it. For example sec 506 if IPC says punishment for criminal intimidation. Now if a person wants to misuse it then they can quote the "Death" book placed behind the speaker in this video and say that they got intimidated and go file a case. This way the number of cases can pile up. So I feel that one should not judge a person by the number of cases that are filed. I believe he is being targeted bcoz he has youth following and some people are trying to fragment that a bit and rally these youth behind them.
