I saw your video. "vibration" on the heavy side of the tire is the reason? I'm not convinced.

The tire never balanced. It bounced the entire time.

No, that is the tyre actually reaching the simulated road during every rotation, and as there is weight it compresses/deforms while contacting the road surface.
