Love the viddies boys, as always! One request for future ones is to have a round or rounds where you all have the same item. Evens the playing field a little bit and makes it more of a skill battle, plus it gives y’all more chances to have an arrow shot that actually takes out all the balloons! Keep up the great work!

I second this idea. For example, I'd love it to be the way you choose who gets to pick the first item used instead of rock paper scissors. Whoever pops the most balloons with just a pair of scissors, for example, but no points given for balloons popped. Just the advantage of choosing the order or something.

Great video as always, your experiments always bring a smile. You could try a traditionally fletched arrow vs an arrow fletched with spin vanes that spin the arrow in flight. Maybe also wear a bracer on your arm that holds the bow to prevent string slap and soften your grip on the riser. Form looks pretty good though.

Fun fact, that window thing is how the old Shaolin monk art of "needle through glass" works. It doesn't actually go through, just makes glass dust fly off the other side to pop it.

They generally aren't as powerful as bows can be due to the lower power stroke, accuracy is neither here nor there, longer arrows are more stable, shorter bolts can flex less, it just depends- generally as the power is applied over a longer duration bows also win out on accuracy. It takes many thousands of pounds draw on a crossbow to compete with a longbow for example.

That jet of glass fragment looks like a shaped charge going off - this huge incoming force being translated to this intensely fine jet of debris. Very cool.

Second that - you guys could see if this effect scales with thickness of glass / size of object dropped / type of object. I think this is an amazing idea to investigate. AND, you can do it indoors using some sort of compressed air to force objects (ie: air cannon) so you could dial in whatever effect. This is very cool gents - very cool thing to explore. Also, I wouldn't want to have to deal with the mess you'll make!

Very nice video but be more confident with the bow! If you open up your shoulders a bit more and bring back your arrow to the corner of your mouth-one finger above the arrow and two below-you will find you will be a lot more accurate with your recurve bow.

You should make "power cards" that you can use for every throw, then each one of you would get a deck and play the game in a more strategic manner, something like: - double throw (you can throw this item twice) - double consecutives (until you fail to hit somethin, its double points, like if you hit 3 ballons, skip one and then hit another 2 it would be 3*2 + 2 = 8 - Rexy bonus (throw a rexy at the end of the throw) - Re-roll item (you can re-roll your item) etc etc etc
