@@smoothliqour I live with a junkie and a dealer and trust me as far as addictions go don’t do any of those things, however when they get there drugs or alcohol or whatever they’re doing it’s not the same thing as over eating. They get violent and have threatened me with knives, pushed me down stairs, burned me etc when they’re having a bad trip, it might be a similar risk to the person health but as for others it’s very different.

I don’t think there’s anything positive about eating yourself to death. Every person should feel beautiful and love themselves but at the same time, being obese is clearly harmful. Chantal and ALR and all of these people are in for a rude awakening when their bodies just can’t support them anymore.

What's funny is that this is so much more common than you'd think. My father is a full blown alcoholic and my half-sister, his mother and basically entire extended family only gifts him alcohol. I had a roommate back in the day that was the male version of FB. He would lick the excess sauce off the bottles before he would put them in the fridge. Eat my food even with me being on a limiting budget, just was a disgusting individual all around. I thought about that when she said she is so glad that James doesn't eat the snacks that she likes. So selfish. A whole box of snacks and that is what she is thinking.

I was so that way my whole life lol. Hated sweet breakfasts, cake, cupcakes anything like that. Only wanted meats and cheese. Now that i quit drinking so much tho i have started to enjoy sweets more often.

I would probably die from bursting my stomach. What I consider to be a heavy meal for myself is a whole burger, a whole fry, and a milkshake. And I don't even finish that in one sitting, it's broken into two meals 👁👄👁

Binge eating disorder and food addiction. You can overdose on drugs but when it comes to food there's almost no limit. Her stomach is so stretched out because every meal her goal is to eat until she's physically uncomfortable. Eating disorders completely take over your mind.

You’ll get there! You already did so well! I lost 20 kg by changing my eating habits and I feel so much better! I’m also way more active! So don’t lose hope!

If you're uncomfortably hungry, you shouldn't restrict yourself. Gorging like she's doing is the opposite extreme and putting out harmful comments about going to bed hungry is just as bad to some people as stuffing your face and binging is.

If you're "uncomfortably hungry" you should eat, and not restrict your bodies hunger cues. It'll only mess them up later on and even might slow down your metabolism in the long run and might even lead you to binge eating or other eating disorders🤷‍♀️. Just saying! :^)

Its why we don't let our cats walk on any tables we potentially eat from, countertops or sinks and stuff, they learn pretty quickly that they aren't allowed because we pick them up and move them its really easy to stop them with a small movement and a proper clean of the sides.

Yeah, like my birds might walk on the dinner table but we do clean it after they're done. Im betting she doesn't clean it tho

Last monday i ate 500kcal over my 1300 caloric deficit intake because i could not stop eating those damn roasted peanuts (im on my weightloss journey for 4mons now).. and then this lunch I could not resist the rice and tuna so i ate it.. since i had rice tonight i should restrict perhaps not have the rice again and just eat hardboiled egg ... or perhaps exercise this afternoon with my fam.. i have days like that but i could not imagine eating more than that... just saying 😅
