Hi Aiden, thanks for your videos. Wanted to get your opinion on this.... QUESTION: If you own LLC A that is just a simple holding company which only owns another LLC B and you run all the business through LLC B, basically all the income and expenses are coming from LLC B......My question is how much extra would you expect a CPA to charge extra, if anything, to file the return for LLC A?............I know I'd have to file 2 returns, one for each LLC, and just wondering if the cost to have a CPA create and file both of those for me would basically just be the same cost of filing one regular LLC or how much extra a CPA might charge to file both............. For example if a CPA might charge $300 to do the one regular LLC doing business, would you expect them to do the other for free since it's just a simple holding company or $100 or would you expect them to charge another full $300 to do the simple holding company LLC as well?

Hi Aiden, love your videos, entertaining and helpful! I have a question I haven’t seen anywhere. With an LLC that carries inventory, on the Schedule C for taxes there’s an item for inventory removed for personal use. If I purchase the inventory with business credit card, then decide to gift the item to a friend and remove it from inventory via this personal use line item, would that be considered piercing the corporate veil? Most accountants recommend this method, however, for an LLC, I think it could be problematic. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Thanks. Along the LLC lines, can you use the LLC you created to do a different business? in that case is a dba helpful? or necessary? Or would I have to create a new LLC?
