I only do relief charge so my experience is a little limited. Let me ask my charge nurses about tips i can give you :)

@emergencychaos that will be so kind of you!... appreciate your efforts!... I'm newly assigned as ER charge nurse and it's really challenging!... in which you have to have both clinical and administrative views on the whole ER!
