Sure, thank you. The outside toilets are usually very close to the boundary wall to save space. Having them on the design drawings makes it difficult to have the Plans approved...but sure, there's always room for them during and after construction. Thanks for the insight

This is a very insightful video Darwin. On the issue of parking if one wants to develop an apartment they should think of making the ground floor a parking lot. I believe in a few years almost everyone will be owning a car. Love from Kenya.

Hello Eng. Owomugisha, kindly do the same justice for a kindergarten; with about 6 classroom, play area, rest room, parking area, toilets for kids & staff/guests, offices (3), pray areas. You should also be looking a thinking other elements like solar system - you can see the roof misses that particular component and it is important given where the world is heading.

when building or designing those appartments, why don't you design a parking lot under those appartments? First it saves space, second you can situate the stairs in that area, third the cars ar parked in the shadow and do not need to be removed when one at the end wants to leave
