I want to share my experience. ......mai meditation nhi krti ....m bus bhagwan ka naam chant krte rehti hu koi b kaam krte hue or ek saal m mere ander bhut badalav aay h meri sari buri aadate chut gyi h .or m kafi positive feel krti hu ..har jagah progress krti hu .....mind ekdum clear ho chuka h ...hr cheez se emotionally detach ho chuki hu only by chanting name of god (krishna)

Dear Ma'am, Mai 2021 se meditation karna shuru kiya tha aur ab to meditation part of my life ban chuka hai. mai jab Theta state me jati hu chahe meditation ke time ya sone ke time to mujhe bahut sare visuals, apno ki awaj, purane log jinhe kabhi dekha hoga pr ab bhool chuki hu vo dikhte hai , ye pichhle one and half months se jada hone lga hai aur mera focus bhi chla jata hai. Kya purani memories mere subconscious se release ho rhi hai ya kuch aur please ma'am guide me. And i am grateful from the core of my soul for having such deep understanding from you 🙏 God bless you Ma'am 🙏

You have explained these four states of mind beautifully. I do meditation & I used to believe that the alpha state of mind achieved is quite good enough for creative visualization. But, going further down to THETA state, which is the best state for mediation is understood today. I am Looking forward to your advanced manifestation video, where I could go in THETA state, without getting sleep.
