Balanced Consumption: Like with diet, achieving a balanced consumption of media, information, and experiences is important for mental health. This means finding a healthy balance between work and leisure, staying informed without becoming overwhelmed, and seeking out activities and content that promote relaxation and enjoyment.
Impact of Social Media: Social media platforms can have both positive and negative effects on mental health. While they provide opportunities for connection and support, excessive use can lead to feelings of inadequacy, comparison, and isolation. आर्मी में जा कर देश सेवा का जुनून बचपन से था , काफी मेहनत की कई बार उम्र की वजह से रह गए तो कभी कागजी कमी की वजह से अंततः 41 FAD लद्दाख ( कारू) में जब कॉल लेटर आया तो गए भी तापमान ज्यादा कम होने की वजह से भर्ती प्रक्रिया रद्द कर दी ,द्वारा जब जाना था तब सिविलियन के लिए फ्लाइट नही थी , मेरी जिंदगी का वो आखिरी मौका था फौज में जाने का जो अधूरा रह गया,इस बात को 2 साल हो गए है लेकिन Mam में भुला नहीं पा रहा हूं , लोग जाते हैं फौज में पैसे के लिए लेकिन में सिर्फ देश सेवा करने के उद्देश्य में था में जिंदगी भर डिप्रेशन से बाहर नही निकल पाऊंगा......Miss You Indian Army 😔💔 THANK YOU MAM 🙏

Whether motivation can come from outside content...what I thought it is always from inside.,bcoz outside motivation or any other emotion doesn't last much...where as if it is from inside..it will be permanent.... being into these things what I've observed we must remember the patterns and somewhere sleep is very much important for brain health,.....lack of sleep drives us crazy,in my case sleep has always triggered mental health issues.,but I've one query accordingly doctors says mental health problems cannot be cured only can be controlled...so how true these things are.,do u also believe the same?
