Did You Know?
- Two years after this interview, Mike Myers would star alongside Dana Carvey in the first of two Wayne's World movies -- both of which centred around Myers's character, Wayne Campbell, and his sidekick, Garth Algar, who was played by Carvey.
- Myers would also gain fame for another popular character who anchored a series of movies -- Austin Powers, a fictional British spy.

I weirdly find him cute and adorable in this interview 😂 For all the goofy and crazy characters he plays such as on SNL and Austin Powers, he is quite a shy and quiet person irl

i saw him in toronto a long time ago when he was filming and he took a break and went to a park to kick a soccer ball around with another guy. He gave me a nod as I stopped and looked, wondering if.. is that mike myers? and he confirmed

@burteriksson they should make a movie with both Wayne's World & Bill & Ted in it like they did with Freddy vs Jason. Speakin of Bill & Ted I heard they're comin out with a new movie this summer if I'm not mistakin & Alex Winter & Keanu Reeves are still gonna play the roles of the characters in it.

@burteriksson Dana Carvey who played Garth is real good at doing celebrity impressions like on the Conan Obrien Show he did one of Bernie Sanders & he sounded exactly like him too. I've also liked him in The Master of Disguise.

Kevin Richards that’s actually a great idea. They should call it Bill and Ted meet Wayne and Garth, and it could have Wild Stallions on the Wayne’s World Public Access show and then some shenanigans takes place and they have to work together on a road trip to do something or other in order to do something or other to save the world.
