Women’s clothes in the late 20s and early 30s were so cool and sophisticated. That was my favorite era in fashion. The cloche hats with their IDGAF chic we’re FABulous.❤❤❤

Very informative. I never knew Clara liked to roller skate, or Joan favored knitting. It would be cool if you did a video of lesser known silent stars like Lucille Ricksen, who died in the 20's at 14. There are varied rumors her demise was caused from exhaustion from overwork, TB, or a botched abortion. Her mom died a few days prior to her passing away.

I knew Clara was called the It Girl and that they still call people that but I never knew why it was because of the movie being calling it. Clara was done dirty by the papers Joan Crawford would have loved cellphones. She seemed to have anxiety.

Garbo actually insisted that Stiller be assigned to direct her second MGM film, the Temptress. The first 10 minutes are his before he clashed with the MGM executives and was replaced by Fred Niblo.

I was looking at pictures of Joan Crawford when she was very young (married to Fairbanks) and she WAS very glamorous. Not the typical Grace Kelly kind of beauty, but stunning nonetheless. Also, regarding the entire “child abuser” question- I really am on the fence about whether was an abuser. I think she came from abuse, so she might have been, but there is a lot of evidence to support that Christina’s stories were embellished.
