I made a payment a few days before month was over aka date of transaction it takes a week to process and they count processing time against you i took that to court saying i paid on time here showed them the receipt and state wanted me to pay late fees plus past liability the judge threw state case and set it back to zero make sure u check everything from paystubs to the state most give u online access now

I'm trying to figure out why my mom kept saying that my dad Was not paying child support. But my dad said he was. I think my mom was taking the money and spending it on herself. I'm pretty sure there was times that my dad was not paying and tried getting out of it. I think both my parents were being dishonest. I think my dad did pay at times but that it didn't go to us. I think that's why he tried to avoid paying it, Not because he didn't want to support his children because his ex wife was not using it for his children. He started giving money directly to me in my siblings instead. Like $60 each for school clothes. But he also had a bad drug problem. Oh well in the past.
