Advice from long time (about 10 years) contact wearer: *Hold your contact balanced in the middle of your finger pad up to the light and make sure it’s not inside out. If it is the right way it will look like a bowl. If it is inside out then the edges will curve outward, a contact will not stay in your eye no matter how hard you try if it is inside out. *Try switching up the finger you use to put it in. Most people use their middle finger but I use my pointer finger, I find I have more control. *Use your ring finger to to pull your bottom lid down a bit when putting them in. Your ring finger should be just below eye socket and above your check bone and pull down gently. * Look up with your eye when putting them in, usually I look up and to the right. *Try to blink slowly after putting them in because if you blink to much or to fast your lid will pinch the contact out. Also holding your bottom lid down helps reduce pinching. *When taking them out pull down your bottoms lid in the same way and use the side of the finger you put them in with and your thumb to take them out. By doing this you have less risk of scratching your eye with your nail. I hope this advice helps you in someway.
