One important factor that isn't often discussed is how much apm a build saves. If your build allows you to queue up a lot of orders ahead of time, simplifies how you play the game, and doesn't require any course correction, it can make playing through the early stages much easier. This allows you to focus more on strategy, positioning, and micro.

Here's my favorite build order: 8 T3 mex - 15:03 (low reclaim) 217 mass/sec build order: 0. CDR: pgen -> land factory -> 8x mex (you get 8x mex 10 seconds faster) 1. Land factory: 10x eng -> 5x AA units -> 5x eng -> ctrl+k 2. 3 eng: carbon plant -> 6 t1 pgen -> EStore -> 3 t1 pgen -> estore -> 3 t1 pgen -> 4 estore -> reclaim/assist 3. 3 eng: reclaim -> mass ring after T2 caps 4. 10eng + cdr: assist T2 mex upgrades (6:45) 5. 10eng: cap mexes (split into 2 groups of 5) && CDR: T2 upgrade (9:55) 6. CDR: 2x T2 PGen 7. CDR: T3 (assist with eng) 8. ctrl+k T2 mex -> T3 mex (costs 700 less mass) (15:03) 9. T2 pgen 11. CDR: 1 gateway -> T3 PGen -> Gateway -> T3 PGen -> Gateway -> T3 Pgen -> RAS -> ARAS 12. all t1 eng assist gateway 13. loop EngSubCDR and have first ones assist gateways (2x build speed) 14. next 4 subCDR go build mass farm core 15. next subCDR build mass farm leaves (600mass/sec, 33 SCDR, 56k mass store) 16. 32:03 - upgrade all subcdr with RAS At this point, you can spam out anything you want really fast. If players are being passive, you can go for a paragon

You finally made enough science videos to officially earn your PHD in science 😂 congratulations! 🎉 I'd really love to see a vid about various unit compositions land/navy. T1 tanks to arty to aa ratio, how many t2 shields/flak is optimal for t2 or t3 comps, is it worth getting t3 mobile AA over t2, how many frigates is too many vs destroyers or battleships, etc. Thanks!👍

On most of my games i try to keep the COM at my base until i start stalling mass. I feel like this usually is best if the BO doesn't demand that the COM start moving at a fixed point.

Usually, not using the Com as a Combat unit will lose you the game. Ofcourde this map dependent, but keep in mind: an unupgraded acu is equivalent to 20 T1 Tanks, or 2 T1 engies.

@@InternetAlias ofc that's true but usually on most maps a player would start stalling while building 2nd factory or 3rd at most

In a early eco if you want the gun for the love of god please make e storage and wait for the bar to be full before the upgrade

You should build energy storage after your first factory wither way. You need it for overcharge.

@@skoub3466 You want it up by the time your commander takes contact. I found for that to happen, I usually have to que it together with my second factory.

Lol it went live before the brisket was done. I tried grass fed for the first time and it cooks in a very weird way compared to your standard brisket.
