This feels like a good solution for the housing in Philippines for the people that needs it. And I feel like if every millionaires can at least donate one to a family. I think it’ll solve some issues. I for one will do it. 1 million pesos in dollars is not that much at my end. I need to go back to Philippines one day, I haven’t been back since 1997. This will be one of the things I’d like to do to help a family, my late wife would’ve loved to do this. She always had a dream of going back and help lots of people. And I think this is one step towards that dream she had and I want to make it happen

Poverty cannot be solved by handouts. Marami nang mga recipients ng free housing pero Ina abandon or binibinta din. Short term Kasi ang utak. Ang mga utak ng Pinoy, pag bigay lang at hindi pinaghirapan, hindi pinapahalagahan.

I worked in a construction company where our sites are far from the city. Ganyan po ang accomodation namin sa Saudi and Qatar. One container ay may 2 rooms for 4 people at may isang T&B sa gitna. That is for junior employees, but for senior employees, one person per room. Kung manager naman you own the whole container with living room and kitchen. For junior and senior employees separate ang dining (another container).

If these were actually built based on shipping container strength: supported on four corners, stackable by multiple levels, these would be durable. But these are not real shipping containers, which have container-stress standard. These are only fabricated to look like containers.

I really like the way the construction is especially where the bathroom was placed I feel that some of the older models are just basically let all hang out soon as you walk through the door if you're coming to the door undressed you're just going to be exposed so I'm glad that they took initiative to create the bathroom in a better spot

Container homes are big in the USA and elsewhere in the western world. Some buy two or three and make their own design. It’s sustainable and really strong material. It solid steel. Maganda solution yan sa pilipinas.

Should be with windows, but not water installment. If you can build a half Amakan/Cement house it's cheaper. Also Nippa huts. There is no reason for containers in PH. The metal heats the inside like crazy.

@@llothar68they are obviously insulated.. yan ang common misconception ng marami. Inde porket gawa sa bakal mainit na ang loob. Minsan mas malamig pa nga sa loob ng ganyan compared sa traditional concrete houses kasi mas mataas R value ng properly insulated walls at ceilings ng ganyan.

You nailed the question. Normally, when there’s a typhoon 🌀 or earthquake, our thoughts on this is it resistant to land motion? Or Rainfall sound proof? We can’t eradicate the sound however, how’s the feel of it? Is it rambunctious, vociferous or the opposite? When the rain 🌧️ pours so hard, do you feel like reticent or hushed inside this modular home 🏡? How about during summertime where the weather temperature is lunatic? Is it cooler or it penetrates inside this hybrid home? Honestly, the idea 💡 was perfect to have a home like these particularly in the provinces.

Are you living in a free house? Do you work for free? Did your parents work for free? What lessons are you trying to teach people by telling them to give things that cost a lot of money? Will you give your house to the homeless for free? No. Of course not. So don't expect others to do it!!! Insane.

Container Homes only look good in marketing photos where you have lots of space and nature around. They are terrible if you want to archive population density. Only appartments can do this. Why condos are so extreme overpriced is because of speculation. They are not build for people living inside but as investments.

These houses are absolutely in good shape but I do have a question I still want to know about the handicap accessibility for the bathrooms and doors so do you go with the standard handicap measurements of the door and what if I wanted to add a storage room with washer and dryer installment I cannot have the washer dryer stackable it has to be side by side or those washer and dryer combos either way I would like to definitely know I can an add-on be added for storage room cuz I do to do business sometimes like artwork and need to store my are in as well as another room to do paintings or so forth in and also washer and dryer so I don't know if that's three additional rooms or whether or not I would have to buy two container homes and have them put together we should make like four but so I'm just asking
