Hey David really great video. I'm also working as a bedside R.N in Texas as of now like you lol and also be on dialysis soon. I just want to ask what are the schools do you recommend for an RN to MSN program in Nursing informatics? I've seen GCU and WGU which has reasonable tuition fees. Just want to see what you think and maybe some advise. Thank you!

In all honesty, i did not research schools when i chose GCU... I only chose it because it was partnered with my hospital.

Have you found a job in nursing informatics? I rarely see postings for the position. Wondering if it's too saturated or not as in demand. I had someone in tech tell me that right now many of the hospitals are settled with their computer systems so it's not as busy with super users either.

Hi I am a RN with more than 19 years experience and would like to shift to informatics nursing. My concern is I don’t really have the best computer skills I think I need to enter this new chapter. What do you think ?

Honestly I would argue that you do not need the best computer skills but you must have the skills to learn and adapt.
