Oh! I'm just getting started and i have one EM-1010 so far. My training on how to use it is tomorrow, that's how new i am but i plan to grow! Take 2, Great vid now that I'm retired, I took the leap and purchased a machine man I wish I did it sooner, but life happens. I do have a question for you I'm breaking needles and in my beginner's mind more than I believe is a norm. I ask you because you have nothing vested other than your opinion could it be just the digited work maybe its just the wrong needle on caps I'm using 783472 75/11 DB X K5 the breaks are in the cap seams more than anywhere else thoughts if you would please . edit So I have done some research one needle per cap is too much do you have a preferred needle ? About to spend a lot getting a MT-2001 to expand my business and abilities. I’ve seen so many negative reviews of Ricoma and now I am getting too nervous to buy it. Any advice or reassurance?

Way to go! Looked into Ricoma and read some bad reviews regarding service and replacement parts. This scared me away from a purchase. Have you had any issues and if so what was the out come?

Thank you. All of my machines are fully functional. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the company. I call and they call me back ima reasonable amount of time. They gave me a special number to call but I never use it. I go threw the regular customer service number that regular customers go threw purposely to see what average customers might experience and I honestly don’t see the issue that some people complain about. They have excellent customer service and alway get back to you most cases in the same day.

Your questions are little difficult to answer. I would say yes you can put a two head in a first floor condo with a standard size door. Your condo could be on the 5th floor with a small elevator and small staircase. Absolutely no way for me to answer that question. You have to look up the dimensions of the machine and see if it fits. The electric bill is not noticeable at all. Not even worth trying to calculate because i don’t notice any jump.

Unfortunately there might not be an answer to your question because the question is to broad. No one can speak for all embroidery machines. No one has tested 3D foam on all embroidery machines. There are single need embroidery machines, multi needles that are consumer multi needles that are industrial and everything in between. I myself could not give you an answer because I can only tell you that the machine in this video that I use can do 3D puff. I don’t have knowledge on all embroidery machines. I don’t think anyone can speak for all embroidery machines. If it’s a question you truly want the answer to you are gonna have to go test all embroidey machines.

From the heart because I had bad credit once upon a time. It is in your best interest to take care of your credit issue before you consider buying or financing one. Your credit is your personal responsibility. If you somehow managed to get bad personal credit then if you start a business you are not going to handle your business’s finances appropriately. You have to learn to handle your personal finances and responsibilities before you can handle your business’s financial obligations. When you start a business you don’t magically get good at handling money and not overspending. It’s a process that begins before your business even starts. Gotta take care of those finances and fix that credit, pay bills on time and do not over-leverage. Don’t spend more than you can afford to pay. As of right now if your credit is bad and you somehow manage to get financing what do you think will happen?

First of all I lost my job due to My health.until then had perfect credit. When I lost my job I lost my healthcare and used everything I had saved. Not everyone has a credit problem due to poor management some time life happens.

You don’t. You just have to use your judgment. I kinda go off feel and give people the benefit of the doubt. In most cases things work out. I’ve never had a bad experience it never get to comfortable. I’m always cautious.

How many hats can a single 1501 pump out in 8 hours?

That’s not a question anyone can just answer. This is the reason a lot of people don’t make it and get frustrated from one or even two weeks of having a machine. The machine doesn’t what you tell it to do but it is only as good as it’s operator. Someone that just got the machine or even if they have had it for a month or two will do far less quality hats than someone like me that has had experience with the machine. The amount also depends on other things like how many stitches the design is that the machine is embroidering and how fast the operator is running the machine (stitches per minute). Once you are experienced and know how to operate the machine there is a simple equation you can use to find out how machine hats you can do in a hour. Take your total stitches of the hat and divide it by how fast you are running your machine then take that number and divide it by 60 then multiply by your 8 hours. That gives you how many that’s it will do in 8 hours. A large design is gonna take longer than a small design so there is not one size fits all answer. An experienced operator is going to embroider more than an inexperienced operator as well as have a better quality product. Hope that helps you kinda understand.

Ricomas regularly go for a fraction of the price used. I've seen very new Ricomas being sold cheaper than I'm comfortable with. They have outstanding marketing because most of my go to textile KZfaqrs are pushing Ricomas recently. Are they giving you guys done kind of promo? but with that level of resell I'm not sure the quality is there. Something's not adding up.

I figured out what the issue is a two years ago. Because they have been marketing for so long and they created a way for the average person to get their hands on a machine (0 percent financing) people purchased machines that probably shouldn’t have because they simply are not that dedicated to learning the craft no matter what machine they would have got. Some think it’s plug and play but embroidery is not. So those machines create opportunity for people like me. When you say you are not sure the quality is there that’s when I scratch my head like what are you talking about? Are you blind or just talking. Did you watch any of the videos or do you just comment. If you look and the videos and see the level of quality that these machines put out you will see that quality is not a question once you learn the machine. If you are not willing to learn, the quality is not going to be there no matter what machine you get. That goes for anything you do in life not just Embroidey. If you take the time to learn. Then you will improve. Don’t pass the blame on the tech when the variable is the person. That is a lazy excuse for not being willing to learn. That is the truth based on my experience and what I’ve learned over the years. You are commenting based on your speculation and not even basing quality on your own visual observation. Given the fact that their are countless videos all over with quality designs being made with these machines what you are saying just doesn’t make sense. Businesses don’t grow producing bad quality product.
