I got a ton of questions regarding the wrap on my 2019 Mustang GT so I decided to share with you all the details of the wrap as well as some advice to anyone looking to take on the project of wrapping your own car at home! Wow very nice. I have a similar car. 2020 GT premium with the performance pack 1. Magnetic metallic. Awesome job with the wrap! I’m currently looking to wrap my hood to help mitigate damage from rocks

I'm not a pro and can't afford 1000s of bucks paying someone so I been practicing and learning so I cam eventually wrap my new edge mustang. The pain is metallic silver and it's rough. So I'm hoping I can get good enough wrapping to hide the bad paint

What if the car has a few rock chips in it? I wanted to wrap mine, but I got a few chips on the top of bumper and hood.

@It’s A manual 81! Might need paint correction, if not call shops to find out what procedures they take if they see that.

Why would rock chips prevent you from wrapping just curious? If anything the wrap might protect it from some further chipping but that's inevitable.

@@robgp69 I'm pretty sure you would care if you were only getting 1mpg. Just cause it has a v8 doesnt mean we want to fill up sooner than later, that is unless you have your mommy to pay your gas for you.

@@csr801996 I have a 18 Mustang GT on e85. Not once have I looked at my mpg. If I cared about MPG i would have bought a Prius. I fill up every 3 days, so you do the math. If your asking about MPG on a sport car, it's not for you. BTW, I have 4 kids that I pay for. So GTOH with your mommy daddy BS.

I average 18-19 mpg with city and highway. If I take a long road trip and it’s mostly all high way and interstate driving I get like 24mpg. Oh, and it’s a 2019 5.0

I can’t give you an accurate time frame cause I had some much going on and I was working much slower than I wanted to due to my hand injuries but realistically I would say give your self 3-4 days to get it done and do a good job.
