Just reached 25 shares. Even though it's a great price, I have tacky been focusing on the ETFs recently, only picking up fractions of O when I have left over cash.

Have had total of 50 shares for few months now, should buy some more again soon.. It seems every payday there's something more lucrative available, but now that O is down pretty well, it may be time to add another 10 shares.

Are you worried about the stock price dip in the past year or so? Is there anything going on in their underlying business to know about?

It's primarily a result of higher interest rates. At this point, it's not something I'm worried about

Seems you need millions of dollars to live off from dividends. Given my age I think i should focus more on growth and then later get into dividends as I grow older.

@@rynewilliams the problem with it is it distributes dividends quarterly not monthly. So i am looking to add to my portfolio some etfs that do.
