Of course, we don't have 2L of coke. Most of us have 300ML(7.5 teaspoons of sugar) or 200ML (5 teaspoons of sugar).
Reducing coke consumption from once a week to once per month can drastically reduce your sugar intake.

1) Powdered sugar(as ur showing) takes approx 3 times more space then the regular granulated sugar. 2) 1cup of tea(40ml-50ml approx)needs 1tsp(4gm-5gm) sugar. That is 2000ml drink contains 212gm of sugar for 10 servings with 200ml. Means every 200ml contains 21.2gm sugar which is 10.6% per serving. Not so big deal. But off course we need to avoid sugar more then our health need. Good information👍

Even things like Vitamins or Minerals will cause diseases if they go beyond a certain concentration. Unless your planning to drink the entire bottle in a day it won't matter much.. getting 200ml of it will give you around 85 calories which is equivalent of taking 20g of sugar.
