How much sunscreen should I use on my face? | How long does Sunscreen last?

We should use 0.7grams or 1mL of sunscreen (for a standard sized adult female face) each morning as the last step of the Korean skincare routine. Exactly how much is this and how can I easily measure my SPF?

Hi I love this video! You’re absolutely radiant. I definitely struggled w sunscreen for a couple years until I found Korean formulas and now I reapply at least 3 times everyday and can justify hoarding bottles because I go through them much faster!!

@@mein40 hmmm.. I am curious about what are the ingredients or cosmetics that are actually essential or bs. Because sometimes it is just marketing and lot of people fell as victims and waste their money for the hype. I quite interested in this study. haha

Hi Anita, thank you for this video, i think i missed a video in the middle. Been out for a wedding and am pushing myself to get back to the grind. How have you been? Thank you so much for these pro tips, i ended up with 2 tubes of innisfree sunscreen, i need to finish it somehow. It's not really helping because it leaves a white cast. It is effective though. It's so true what you said, even i hang onto my sunscreens. Didn't know about the spf life. This was a very very useful video. If someone ends up with a sunscreen that leaves a white cast, what can be done?

Hi Johnsy Jose! So grateful that you have been well. I gave your question some extra thought... but I cannot find a creative solution for thick white cast spf.! Perhaps using it on your body, but if thick and not easy to wear, I think that would be dreadful. My mentality is to give it to someone who may like it, or just consider it a waste. It is bad energetics for me to see products that do not make me happy and do not get used. To make room for more positive energy and joy, my view is to say goodbye, and move onto another SPF that is enjoyable to wear. Without trying, you would not have known. And that's always a skincare (and life) lesson for me! Thanks for watching and sharing your experience !
