February was the most successful month I’ve ever had in my online business by a longshot and for good reason. While I mentioned the idea of selling my biggest site in the last few months, the sale FINALLY went through and now it’s officially with a new party.
This was a HUGE deal for me and frankly, something I never thought I’d do. But, times have changed and I’m having a lot more fun working on OneHourProfessor, so it was time to let go of my baby.
That said, this income report digs into everything that’s happened and how the business is doing.

For the one I sold, a couple thousand pages. Around 500 blog posts, the 1500 pages were informational in nature and resources for users.

Hi, I'm new here, I've a question -off the topic- regarding your personal site. I noticed that you're using Ezoic, did you place manually the placeholders on every single page? Or you just did it once on a certain page and let AI do it automatically?

I place a few placeholders on each page using the Ad Inserter plugin. From there, I turned on AI placeholders and they do the rest. Placeholders are the key to making the most $ with Ezoic.

How often you publish content on your websites?

Depends on the site. But at least an article a week. For one blog, it's around 40 articles a week. it just depends on the lifecycle of the blog and it's topic.

I noticed you used Flippa to sell your site. Why did you choose Flippa? Would you have got more if you used a broker like Empire Flippers?

I'm not 100% certain whether I would have gotten more. But, with Flippa I originally got a 42x multiple and the success fee is 5% vs other brokers where it's typically 10% at this price point.
