So we're officially homeless and have finally begun our journey of living out of our Jeep! Our first stop - Ouray, Colorado to get the Jeep Badge of Honor Trails located in the area. And although the trails look easy, the risk is still very much there. Just ask Kevin! haha
Hope you all enjoy the video!

My wife and I drove our Jeep from Michigan to Ouray this summer. We had never been to Colorado before and had never driven on anything like these trails before. We did Imogene and Ophir. It was exciting for me as the driver, but I think my wife felt more like Kevin for the whole ride. Thanks for the great video, it was fun to see Imogene again.

Guys THANK YOU! You have brought back so many Memories from my Jeep Jamboree Ouray 1999 that I did with a good buddy of mine in his Grand Cherokee that is No longer with with us. We did both Black Bear and Imogene Pass plus the rest of the Jamboree and we also tried the AWESOME Hot Springs at the End of each day of Trails. It was an Awesome time and I cannot believe that it has NOT Changed that Much in 20 Years! Right Now I do not have a 4x4 jeep we still have my wife's Liberty but I am looking at getting another Jeep since we have our new business a wrapped Vehicle is part of our marketing plan but we have not decided between an Unlimited or the new Gladiator.

That is a feeling that any hardcore driver feels when someone else they love is driving on such scary roads. Kevin is so used to being driving and taking risks, but he can never stand someone else taking such risks. He will be scared. It just shows. Britney is an experience driver too, so no way she will crash, except it was meant to be. But you see Kevin is just not used to being in the passenger seat while she takes the risks he does. That is why he was so scared.

Beautiful video! I was in Ouray 2 months ago but Black Bear and Imogene were both closed. Kevin was so scared because although he is used to driving on scary ledges and taking risks climbing rocks, he is not used to being a passenger on such trails. He will be scared with Britney behind the wheel doing the same scary drives that he does with ease. Britney herself is a very capable and awesome driver, so she will not crash. Anybody can crash on Imogene Pass or Black Bear Pass. Kevin was just restless because he has never had the chance to sit there and let Britney tackle the scary trails with him as the passenger. It was his first. He will get used to. Britney, take the keys again next time. Thanks for all what you 2 do. Keep up the great work.

Knowing that Britt and I have had similar childhood backgrounds and Kevin, a protector of our country like my Dad who I never had the chance to thank really inspires me to enjoy life. I went from homeless to building homes all over southern california . And guess what? The owner of Oakwood Communities where I started my new job is none other than the famous Trophy Truck racer Carl Redenezeder , and the Superintendent next to my project is Josh Baldwin . I love your guys vids so much that I went and traded my pickup for a JKU. ( Wife thought I was nuts ). But after a few times on the trail she is coming around and having a great time. The JKU is a Rubicon but is stock so I have alot of work to do to it. I started with a front bumper and winch as I thought it would be good idea to be able to get myself unstuck if that happens. I used to race dirt bikes and have done some occasional 4 wheeling but would still have to say I have alot to learn. You Tube is a great place to learn how to set your ride up and to learn the basic necessities needed for a safe trail run. If you had asked me 6 months ago what a snatch block was you would have gotten a blank look from me, now I own 2 of them. I actually got up early this morning to do some wheelin before we have to go to a BBQ. this afternoon, and found that you guys had loaded another vid already, so of course had to stop and watch. Brittany, Thank you for the endless nights you spend editing your vids then getting up the next day for some more travel and wheeling, thats alot of work and effort you put into making this happen for all of us. Again thank you guys and and I will deffinitely rock Lite brite nation on the new Rubicon. Oh one last thing guys, got ya beat, ripped the plastic off my back bumper going down a steep rock ledge 5 HOURS after signing papers on the new jeep. So rear bumper is the next purchase, then lift, then wheels and tires, then , then , then , then.....ugh..:)

Trust me when i say...Its hard enough editing a full day down to a reasonable amount with ONE camera...yeah...my normal ride is atleast 4 cameras...and atm i'm like 6 videos behind because for every camera it takes exponentially longer to edit. So as cool as that would look...i wouldn't wish that on anyone who has to stay up till 3-4am editing while camping or driving!

I especially liked your comments about the view and visiting this beautiful country that we are lucky enough to live in. Coincidentally, my brother posted a survey about where you have lived and visited in the US and where you have traveled. He was in the US airforce for 23 years then the Dept. of defense for another 23 years. I was in the Army for 3 years and traveled to a few foreign countries and was fortunate to be able to travel on my own in my 76 years to 30 US states and 10 foreign countries. Your travels allow people that are not fortunate enough to go to those places, to enjoy them through your eyes. Thnk you!!!!!!!!!!

I think being more comfortable in the driver's seat is perfectly reasonable!!! I was participating in a ZCar Show/Jamboree near Mt. Shasta, in NorCal a few years ago and a bunch of us took off for the far side of the valley to camp there. There's a NARROW "sorta-used-to-be-paved" one lane path up the mountainside to the campground. I don't know what possessed me to ride with a friend of mine, but we took off down the hill to a little town to get some groceries. I climbed into the passenger's (wrong-side) of his 240Z and he took off like he was possessed! That narrow strip of asphalt was eroded by winter run-off to where sometimes half of the original surface was gone. I could see UNDER the asphalt layer that was hanging in the wind on many of the corners. I think he figured that more speed allowed him to fly over the interruption and we could just pick up the roadway on the other side!! Kevin, I have no problem keeping up with the pace from the driver's seat of my ZCar but he flat scared the crap out of me when I was on the WRONG side of the car!!! Caution is usually good. A steering wheel in YOUR hands is always a good thing! 😁👍

Talking about the two wheel drive Four Runner....my wife and I honeymooned in Lake City, CO in 1974. We rented a jeep to take the pass over Engineer Pass to Silverton, CO. On the west side descent we met a Colorado local going up the pass in a 1963 Rambler sedan, six cyl. three on the tree manual transmission and he said he does the run every day to go to work and back home....so you don't need a bad ass 4 wheel drive to negotiate those mountain roads.... pretty amazing! Just get out there and explore!

You can purchase or create a DIY screen that extends around the pot and the burner. However, for the type of canister stove they have, you don’t want to put the screen around the fuel canister itself, as it could overheat the canister causing it to possibly explode.

If there is enough venting, yes it can work okay and safely. If the screen is wrapped too tightly around the pot and burner/canister, then the heat can actually accumulate and heat up the top of the canister, which is dangerous. Manufacturers like MSR also advise against this for these types of stoves. I too have many years of experience with these, but Britney and Kevin do not. My comment was just so they do this safely if they choose to use a screen. Cheers

Just watched Bleepin'Jeep video of this trail (end of Aug2020) so I went back to rewatch your trip - just as fun as before, but more perspective. (They got weather and heavy rain on the way down!) Y'all are amazing, even a year later! And what a year its been!

Britt', Kevin saw what you did on that rail slide, so he was just a bit nervous you may try that on one of those cliff hangers! lol. That was amazing! Hella views everywhere you turn.

Damn it! You beat me to it! Yeah... Kevin told her to put the tape on the hood in one spot, but she put it where she wanted it... and we all saw how that worked! Hahaha!

I've run this trail 4 times. Glad to see it open. Sorry to not see any footage of the Steps and second switchback...2 of the best highlights of that trail. Be safe on your adventures.

yes another wheeling video. Don't get me wrong love the behind the scene videos too but its awesome to see how tough that new jl wrangler Rubicon is. I use your videos to show off the capability to jeep customers all the time and inspire them to live life with there new Jeeps.
