How Not To Fit a Keymod Rail & Barrel

This Krytac came in to me because it wouldn't fire with any sort of accuracy & I happened upon a tiny unrelated problem with the barrel & rail... they're stuck!

Keymod... eww. The quickly forgotten attachment system that is on life support at this point. I am surprised how much of it is still around considering how much better M-Lok is and even picatinny does a better job of retaining kit. I personally like Picatinny since everyone still provides mounts for it with most products and now that weaver is slowly being fazed out solving some headaches for people.

Right, less of that buddy... it obviously requires screaming "CUNT!" every strike of a hammer for an hour before you crack the dremel out! Fool!

For those allan bolts i usually use a socket/ratchet and a pipe over the handle for more leverage

1 question do you need to put a new barrel on my vector to put a hop up on it or can i just put the part that comes with the silencer on the barrel and screw it over top?

I usually attach a hand grip to the rail system and hammer that shit down to get the rail off

I can never get a consistant answer on the benifits of a longer or shorter barrel.

It's pretty simple - is it gas or electric? semi auto, burst or full? Battery Type? Ammo weight? Cylinder length & bore? CQB or long range? how many shots will you fire? How long is a piece of string? I'm sure you get the point bud ;-)

@@Jhtpo Hahahah! Which size brush is best for that? No point going 6.01mm, I like 6.02 or 3, I find the best average barrel length is 455mm & a 60 degree maple leaf rubber in an SHS hop unit.
