I mean he said he put the bruises on her and he's way bigger than her and paying for her life. As a man, he needs to leave that situation. He chose not to leave the situation and to perpetuate this toxic environment. There's literally no excuse for a man putting bruises on a woman except self defense. If he defended himself he should never be around that woman again in his life. If she's somewhere he shouldn't be there. He should have evicted her, went to court for custody, and filed a restraining order against her. He played this all wrong and I will blame him for this. He stayed with someone who will push him to be physically violent. Even that take is very generous to him.

we have lawsuits for slander, defamation, psychological damages, etc already. If you can prove that the accuser knew the accusation was false at the time of making it. You can use these to put the other person into decades long-lifelong debt. Anything else would be an overstep in the law as it would discourage all accusations unless there is a 100% certainty, which there usually isn't in court. This is why we have "beyond reasonable doubt" and not "beyond all doubt". What you're suggesting would discourage the reporting of a crime, with that discouragement getting STRONGER as the crime committed gets worse....

Those same standards would apply for someone accusing an accusation to be false. It wouldn't discourage all accusations unless there is a 100% certainty (as you suggested), because the accusation knowingly being false would have to be proved.

I want to feel bad for dude, bc he for sure is getting manipulated by this woman, and he doesn't have the social tools to handle all of this in a sensible manner (I apologize if I am wrong here, but what I mean is mightve been raised in a broken home or was taught that things like therapy is a scam. The video said he was living in his car, so maybe he didn't have much family support.) That being said, I feel like if he was truly a "positive" person, he would've handled this differently. It seems almost like once that persona starting getting some cracks in it, he tried to repair it like how a kid would; by guilt tripping his audience (saying "why don't I get the benefit of the doubt?") , and then had a temper tantrum and deleted all his previous videos.
