Oh Cat this was a lovely video! You have some truly beautiful pieces arrive from the UK..watching you get emotional was heart-warming, the bible and your nan's gorgeous chairs were incredible...the age of that special book, mind blowing. Hey cat I love your videos I find them very helpful I'm starting my job in a hair salon how can I get permanent residency in Perth I think you need three years experience for a hairdresser in auzzie in order to get a permanent visa is it difficult to get permanent residency I'd love to make the big move down under in the next three years, x

Thanks for the info. I'm basically stalking your videos for information now lol. Don't know if this is a stupid question. Did you sell fridge freezer washing machines etc and buy new? Or did you ship them? Cheers

Bought new!! Tbh I wish we’d done that with more stuff too. I’d say only ship over things which are particularly sentimental/high quality, and note that antiques / vintage pieces are much more expensive and hard to find here so if that’s your style, get that stuff shipped over as it’s harder to replace it. The rest, just take the opportunity to get new here! For a lot of stuff we get a heap on Facebook marketplace to save money ☺️
