I’m using iPhone XR from November 2021 and the battery health in 99%. I regularly charged my phone to maximum of 90 to 94% only, rarely charged to 100%. I used to keep the battery between 50% to 90% during office hours (charging from laptop through Belkin MFI cable)

Bro i have iphone 13 from April 2022 ( 1 year 7 months ) and the battery health in 87% . I regularly 20 to 30 % of charge for charging the mobile !! Mostly i m not using the mobile in office . Meanwhile I’m using break tym only in tht tym phone was heated . Recently i updated the ios 17.2.1 literally my iphone was heat whenever i m using phone !!
