Thanks for explaining what loosh is. I like how you addressed positive and negative aspects. I read Robert Monroe's chapters on loosh twice. At first he was deeply disturbed. On a later encounter with INSPEC he found that loosh is used to power perhaps millions of other cultures, dimensions and planets. When he understood that loosh was used beneficially elsewhere he accepted why it was desired by non humans. Yes, we are being farmed, for positive and negative energies, but what we provide is needed by other cultures. To me, the positive aspects of loosh bind all expressions of Source together. The negative side provides catalyst. And BTW, other planets and cultures are also being farmed for loosh, according to Robert Monroe. We aren't alone.

Thank you so much. I've been going through so much negativity lately, for the past few months actually. I was bullied by some guys and I couldn't do anything to shut them down because my mother was dealing with cancer. I keep wanting to destroy these guys. Ive had thoughts and impulse to want to kill them. Taking advantage of my kindness and wanting to use me. Toying with me for my skin color as well. Treating like I am weak and want to taunt me to fight them so that they can feel superior to me. Like some obsessive arousal they have. I havent worked with these people in almost a year, yet they will still try and slip their ways into taunting me when they come around. I will be fine one minute, then in seconds I will have impulses of rage and hatred that have made me break things, punch the hell outta metals, walls, makes me want to shove things into their temples. Yet, Im also the man who reminds himself daily that "I am Love, and I am loved in it's purest essence." Something that came to me over a year ago which has stuck to me. Ive been dealing with this severe polarity which is hard to balance. You've helped me out a lot. I am grateful for you, Sarah, and this video has helped me to point out things inside of myself which simply needed to be called out and allow positive change. I don't need to ruin my life over those who disappear and don't deserve my attention nor the place in my life after the contract is done. Not even done, but what you're saying really harkens to the general esoteric idea of alchemy-of turning lead into gold, or potentially taking negative stimulae and converting it into positive thoughts, feelings and actions. I find that I've encountered negative events in my lifetime that I always seek to convert into a positive outcome: using a crisis, catastrophe or rejection into motivation to make life better, as an example. We gotta "spin" things, learn the lessons from the negative things, and turn things around. Thanks for making this vid.

Loosh is excitement and fun. To harvest loosh you just raise a person's frequency through love beyond their present energy level, then you can 'eat' the energy left behind. The person gets their frequency raised, and you get the loosh. It's a Win win. The expression fear porn speaks to the negative side of loosh, as does sadomasochism. Everybody loves loosh, but there are positive and negative ways to get it.

There is this sleep affirmation video on youtube, it's a woman saying over and over again "I am safe and I am worthy" in different ways. I was scared after something paranormal happened to me and I put that video on so I could sleep at night. I felt so happy and safe that I was able to just go on like nothing happened. I recommend you all try sleep affirmation videos when you go to bed if you feel maybe unlucky or unhappy. It will help

It makes sense that "loosh" would be spelled 'lamed' (30) - 'waw' (6) - 'shin' (300). I let my KZfaq Premium drop because I'm in a financially tight spot for the time being, so this video was preceded by a Gaia advertisement about the Galactic Confederation. I got angry again at the hip authorities prospering off of a bunch of bullshit while I have yet to find some kind of blue-collar delivery driver or warehouse job, or even a retail job. My personal experience this morning should serve to show us all that we should be careful about what we expose ourselves to and the people we associate with, and also ge mindful of our emotional reactions. You mentioned "channelers," but I don't pay attention to them because of my bitterness and resentment over having to grow up in a community of Spiritualists, with unhealthy neighbors who claimed to be psychics and spirit mediums. Personally, the Buddhist teachings of compassion and "loving kindness" ('maitr'' - friendly interactions) help me, also the example of Jesus who extended 'aghape' love to people who were considered to be the dregs of society. I need to forgive the people I grew up with and move on to be done with that past for good. I like a lot of your contend, Sarah. Some of it is helpful, so I thank you, even though I'm wary of some of the information you present. Getting back to the Hebrew letters, I get the sense of setting in motion and directing, in this physical existence, what Carlo Suarès called the "cosmic metabolism" ('shin' - 300), energy that can be channeled either for destruction or for healing. That letter 'shin' (ש) is part of a lot of keywords in the Hebrew Bible. All human beings have the potential to intentionally direct that cosmic energy for healing, for the well-being of society, and also to care for this beautiful "creation" of Elohim. Intuitively, I understood that emotion is power. I have long railed against those who want to suppress or repress emotion--partly because that self-destruct is what I learned in childhood and have spent most of my adulthood (4 decades, plus) undoing, thanks to guidance from the likes of Nathaniel Branden, a psychologist who wrote several really penetrating self-help books that went deep into his unique theory. I expressed my understanding from that psychological world, unaware of the wider, the spiritual, implications, because that's all I understood. And Branden was, for most of his life that appeared in his books, at least, avidly anti-metaphysical, an avowed (lol) atheist. Awakening has been many years for me, but it comes in earnest about 5 years now. It has been an explosive rocket ride into the 'crazy,' as I always thought of higher (aka, 'astral,' 'inner') seeing and awareness. I was pretty stuck in materialist scientificalisms. That has its points and uses, but to leave off the rest is to miss 99.9999% of what's actually real. ... lol... if not more than that! This presentation is an amazing, beautiful--and I'm discerning it as accurate--breakdown of actually a LOT of spiritual and magical dynamics. It leads WAY beyond the specific topic, if one is tuned in. The implications run through all human dynamics and throughout the cosmos. Thank you and your Guides, Sarah. It helps me round out and clarify what I grasp from both intuition and readings. I'm posting the vid and these comments to my other social media, because I think that this is that key to fixing what has been clusterflogged.
