This will sound utterly ignorant to most. I had to literally teach myself anger and then how to control it. In my life I have had “flash anger”, so to speak, at a situation or event coming upon me quickly. That fast emotion anger that always dissipated quickly and then basically forgotten as irrelevant. I always turned what should have been total indignation Anger into something else entirely. Changed a few words here a few thoughts there, ending with something not even close to what most of us would consider Anger. I have always tried to not polarize to a side of anything. And I never seemed “wishy washy” or indecisive about things. I literally have asked everyone I know about that part. My best friends and the few family members I retain contact with said that now that I ask they have noticed I don’t put down or actively dislike any situation, person, etc. And without even realizing it, they have followed suit to my actions and lack there of. Learning true anger was the hardest thing I have ever done. Far harder than recovering from anything ever “done to me”. First I had to revisit all the wrongs to me that damaged me clear to my soul. Then I moved on to religions and politics and people in general. It almost broke my heart to pieces. I cried and screamed and became violently ill. It was one of the most horrific things I have ever been through. Rebuilding was easier. I am almost to the point of accepting and rejecting in the way that I felt was the most healthy before I jumped into anger discovery. It certainly had a broader all inclusive meaning to me now and I am thankful and more complete. A clean dragon energy flows through and around me now. I do not mean the biblical demon beast of the major religions. I won’t even deign calling it reptilian. I feel that is a bastardization if it’s true meaning. It is strength and power and above all fairness in where that anger is applied and neutralized. It was at this point I realized beyond a doubt that Archons are neither good nor bad. They just are. Perhaps that means they are the governors we set in place for ourselves in order to challenge a more complete understanding. Anyway. It all took six weeks total. I am physically recovering quickly now. Thank you Sarah for your videos and the understanding you share with the world. I have learned so much from you and know there will be more. Your light is inspiration. Thank you again. And thank you to anyone that read my novella! I hope it helps those finding themselves in that rather odd situation as well. I love you all 💛

Really interesting. What springs to mind for me after listening to you is "pressing buttons". I think spiritual exercises like meditation have always been used to try to free us from these influences.

This was a great lecture, I am of the camp that thinks that “archons” or whatever the “other” force is that is trying to materialize and solidify reality both physical and mental (and by residual of those two, spiritual). But it is part of some sort of dance that like you I believe are working as a sort of catalyst. Doesn’t make it any less frustrating and at times scary, but so is a rollercoaster when you are on it. Also I want to add, towards the end 35:51, I think this is so vital to comprehend. It genius how they (really we) want to put us in boxes, boxes that we ourselves build for ourselves through identification, solidification of beliefs systems or structures, and biases both cognitive and subconscious (programming). But most of the time (not always), it is done through our own nescience, and ignorance.

There are many large corporations/institutions who’s business model is to forge your consent.

I’ve definitely been struggling with anger around objective human suffering and how to appropriately and consciously express it outwardly. Haven’t quite figured it out yet, but the “where am I cringe” question is a good litmus test. Thank you Sarah.

This is where I am and it is deeply unsettling to both be in a place where there is all this magic and heart growth and sense of expansion, synchronicity, transcendence on one level and yet in secret becoming more and more isolated internally and concerned about “what it would mean if.” There is a sense of total rejection that I don’t know I am brave enough to confront. That seems worse than cringe, it is world shattering and I’m paralyzed.

Thank you very much for the lesson! I was honestly surprised by your talk, surprisingly most of your speech resonated with me. Towards the end the cringe speech.. my perception is: as long as you walk forward genuinely as "you" what you do cannot be cringe, its truth.. know yourself, trust in yourself, and keep moving forward in light.

I'm not new to esoterica and other veins of mysticism that may be considered related. I believe that I can say that I've been in my dharma for fifty-five years now. That said, listening to you speak/teach lit up my heart to such a degree that I had to say thank you. I understand the validity of your clear, concise, and hard won truth. You have a new student. Though this video deals with what I believe to be the 'loosh' eaters, I have a question that popped up while viewing another video you did as a guest of Danica Patrick on her channel. During the conversation the topic of 'relationships' came up, and this segment really piqued my attention. So... I am a man of 74 years now. I live alone, and have for 23 years past. During this time I have 'known" (as scripture would put it) a woman only one time and for only twenty minutes. Though I am alone I never experience loneliness, never. I live what some say is a monastic life-style, and I live it in the heart of my city. I thought it appropriate to provide these facts so that my question be understood in the context that it is asked. About 6 years ago I started to notice that while watching any movie that had a sex scene that I will become uncomfortable. This still happens, and to the point that I always fast forward till I find a frame where the scene is over before I continue watching. Well, something seems out of balance here. I've spoken to Source about this quite a few time but have not in any way received a reply. All this might seem like a minor item, but I want to know what's going on. Other than that all things are progressing nicely, though I admit the journey has been like that of the Pilgrim. Maybe the universe has put my question on hold until you appeared on my path. Maybe, maybe not. If you can point me in the right direction, great. If you should opt not to answer that's great too. I trust you will do what is most beneficial for us both.
