Thaely, a new footwear company, gets its name from the Hindi word for plastic bags. The company says every pair of Y2K Pro sneakers contains 10 bags and 12 bottles. Founder Ashay Bhave, 23, says his business is already profitable.

it's a scam.. they are using only white plastic bags.. but they showed all types of plasticks are picked to make it..

Yeah they can be dyed or bleached, obviously... And there's colored versions of the shoes Plus you can see off color flecks in the shoes especially in the soles

It's not a scam, they were just having trouble meeting international demand I think... Stinks that they hurt some people but they're doing better now and I got mine easily
