wrong about the no backstory... he did training: 100 squats, 100 pushups /situps, and 10 km run EVERYDAY for 3 years

My favorite punch of his was the one used to kill the Sea King. So fast it's between camera frames, sounds like artillery fire, and creates a shockwave that not only blasts the rain and clouds away, but also instantly dries the streets.
