My Dad was a helluva welder in his time. He used to make all his mufflers for his trucks and cars... and one motorhome. He put baffles in them and packed 'em with steel wool instead of fiberglass. They really sounded good but they were just like cherry bombs after the wool rusted away.

It's like they're living in the 1930's. This is absolutely amazing. This country will be far less likely to be impacted by economic problems. They are already at the "bottom" so to speak. I say that with the utmost respect. What can the u.n. and world economic forum try to take from them? They are fully independent craftsmen and have earned EVERYTHING they have. Much respect. This is real manhood on display.

This was the way we made things in America 100 years ago. In time, We lost that craftsmanship by technology and ours cars fell apart. Henry Ford car manufacturing was similar to this, hands on with pride. "Our quality is job #1". Those cars were built like tanks and lasted, unlike the cars today. I want to sincerely thank all the workers, that make parts with that same pride..Quality not quantity. All Blessings, respect to them and there families 🙏.

Глушитель как и прочие предметы, делятся на три категории дорого, среднее и дешман. Дорого, это основном на заказ, частично бренд, среднее - частично бренд и оригинал и дешман это все остальное.

We had to come back on saturday on triple time to weld galvanised grates, the white smoke would upset your lungs even with a good mask. Health and safety unknown in the sixties...

It's hot dip galv ie. The heavier stuff that'll mess you up, pretty common to get sheet specifically for body repair with a thin flash plating.

Es obvio que no son repuestos originales, así trabajan en la India. Cualquiera nota la falta de seguridad para los trabajadores ( también hay niños) pero ellos asumen sin lamentos. Espero que pronto tengan las medidas de seguridad adecuadas y también un salario digno de su trabajo.

Meu Deus do céu ! Quanta precariedade de mão de obra dessa empresa metalúrgica , colocando em risco de acidente essas pessoas . Cadê a segurança do trabalho desse povo , cadê os EPIs : luvas , calçados protetor auricular, óculos de segurança ? Trabalhar nessas condições causa um stress emocional muito grande , por causa do barulho constante e excessivo . Estamos na era da tecnologia , com automação industrial , robótica, etc etc. Apesar do vídeo ser muito interessante, mostra muitos riscos de acidentes

@@Shah_zek It is not that difficult, as seen in the begining of this video they are recycling steel drums of all kinds and colours seemingly also that had Class 6 material in it. I do hope they are empty when they arrive, but also paints on these steel drums is harmful.

So what is being exhausted thru it is not hazardous at all like co, co2 and solid carbons plus long list of toxic gases and fumes. Industry means pollution and their is no escape how much u try to label it with so called EPA, EHS, OSHA or UL label. These accreditation agencies are meant to make money not to control real pollution. These workers r not responsible for global warming, ozone layer destruction and pollution BUT all those industries who have achieved the QA certificate of "Enviornment Friendly" accreditation. Go back some 15yrs ago where VW was penalized for going against envr'ment pollution ans safety instead of fact that company got certification.

Notice that all the mufflers in production are made of scrap metal, only the two mufflers made for this video were at least galvanized, my guess is most they make are painted scrap metal.

Sorprendente, que de maquinaria vieja y descuidada, métodos de trabajo arcaicos, inseguridad al máximo, sin planeacion adecuada en los procesos y materia prima de desechos, fabriquen esta parte automotriz. Claro que la calidad del producto no es para equipo original si no para el mercado libre de refacciones, donde las especificaciones de ingeniería no importan con tal de que coincidan los puntos de su montaje y que salga el humo de la combustión del motor.

Теперь понятно почему у нас глушаки через год езды разваливаются. Сняли кровлю с какого то дома, раскатали на вальцах даже краску не удосужились снять. И вуаля глушак готов. А то что он дожен изготавливаться из жаростойкого металла они наверное и понятия не имеют..

Ну если глушитель из инканеля изготовить, он будет, конечно, качественный и очень долговечный. Но купить вы его не захотите.

These are hard workers and they are entitled for better pay and better conditions. There are plenty improvements needed for this factory and too many tripping hazards, have a safe working environment. You need health and safety officials. Good luck.

Warum sollte jemand darauf stolz sein, den ganzen Tag Schrott-Bleche zu biegen und zu schweißen? Eine absolut stupide Arbeit, die keinerlei Geistesleistung erfordert.

@@horstmuller7512 Herr Müller offensichtlich haben Sie in Ihrem Leben einige Defizite was die händische Arbeit angeht . Gleichzeitig sind sie nicht in der Lage die Situation und Lage der Menschen dort zu erfassen. Sie sitzen auf einem sehr hohen Ross. Aber denken Sie daran wer hoch sitzt fällt tief. @@frankgaletzka8477 Alles relativ. Ich gehe jede Wette ein, dass diese pakistanischen Handwerksbetriebe jährlich eine Kleinstadt entvölkern und ebenfalls jedes Jahr ein Heer an hand- und fußlosen, dafür aber blinden Bettlern produzieren.
