Pyke talks a lot about "danger" and "dangerous" with Irelia. My guess is that at some point there was some kind of a situation where Pyke needed Irelia's help, and Irelia didn't help because she thought it was "too dangerous". However, one can also add a twist to this theory and say it wasn't Pyke who was asking the help, but someone who's now dead but who's parts are also in Pyke, giving him the memories and making him think it was him Irelia let down.

Pyke said he met a ghost once who said he was lucians wife. He doesnt have her memorys, he has one of a person who met her ghost. Maybe, just maybe, that person was the failed project thresh who also got thrown out after going crazy and killing lucians wife, witch would make a good reason for lucian to hate the projects.

I thought the praetorians were the counterpart to pulsefire. They are there to fix the time travel mess they created
