Hey coach, I've got a quick question... I had a bad throwing motion for a while and threw a lot of balls during offseason after transitioning to QB due my team needing one. Ive experienced a lot of elbow pain while working out and it got really bad when throwing. Now I fixed a lot of my mistakes but still after some rest it hurts when I work out or when I throw. Should I seek for medical attention or do you have any tips/drills/advice to fix my problems? Thanks a lot in advance!

try and start with more touch passes and ask your coach for a more dynamic run game, so that you can develop. Try and make sure you stay in rhythm and hold your opposite arm accountable for helping you stay out of a leaned position.

Hey coach, for a qb what are the most important things to learn, I've gotten comfortable reading coverages, knowing weaknesses and where to attack coverages, basic play concepts, formations, whats the next step?

I’d say thinking like an OC- calling your own plays vs. that defense is best now

Random question but you always say QBs shouldn’t upper body lift but why is Anthony Richardson so jacked from lifting and his throwing motion isnt affected?

I’d say 400-500 throws. And it should be over the course of 4-5 workouts. That’s at least what I’d say
