Uber needs to get more into Germany and whole Europe.

Riders need to be tipping opposed to Rating. Uber is communism at its best.

Drunk unruly passengers get to rate sober and professional drivers. Great system. The driver has to rate all passengers immediately at trip end, the passenger has a couple of weeks - therefore customer can logically deduct that driver gave him/her a low rating and retaliate. A driver has one choice. Give a passenger 5 stars even when they do not deserve it. Horribly designed system that encourages bad behavior to continue. When the driver gets 4 stars or lower he will never know why and what the context was, so there is no constructive feedback element that allows a driver to correct mistakes he may be unaware of. Most riders who give a low rating are too lazy to write a sentence out. Many may also believe 4 = good. It is not, 4 = fire the driver. A 4 star hotel or restaurant is really good, so this causes confusion imo.

Exactly. The few passengers I've given a lower ratings too. Seems to have retaliated with a lower rating back. Really unfair.

Never look at your rating. It will depress you.

The feedback section needs to be improved. It's not specific enough to let the driver know why that rating was given. There is no way for the driver to improve the service if they don't know what they did wrong LOL

So many flaws in this system. Passengers have no idea how their ratings impact drivers.. A four star rating can compromise a drivers livelihood yet most passengers think 4 stars is good.. Customer fist business model is terrible for drivers! Treat people like people!

Uber sucks, drivers don't want points, drivers want dollars, Uber keeps lowering the fares more and more. Now they've come up with Uber Pro, it does nothing, just a bunch of features without extra paying.

I think Uber should require a rider leave feedback if the rating is 3 stars or less. It sucks to get a low rating and have no idea why. Plus, it could actually be an issue that is out of the driver's control like price, app issues, surge pricing, etc which we are not supposed to get docked for. But, without feedback, it is assumed we did something wrong.

Uber rating is messed up. A driver has to rate immediately whereas the rider has weeks to rate and they know how they been rated. This has to change. Uber is fked up.

Bhai I lost my trust with uber driver left me and my friends in a hotel and ran away with our luggages I talked to them several times but now they are response from there side

Hey UBER-if passengers give a driver a rating below 5 stars they should be REQUIRED to elaborate on why the rating was given-ANYBODY should know that!
