Marijuana should be legal for anyone to use. If you can use alcohol and be legal 8 hours from your last drink then you should be legally allowed to use marijuana responsibly. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m in the ready to rtd. Pending drug test. Just for for cannabis to. In between jobs. I smoked then stopped thought enough time passed but nope pre employment test got me. Life’s been hell from that . I knew better though. Sucks though. Got my license in heavy towing and as able to back with a tractor trailer on a tow truck. Lots of things hauled dozers excavators . Was always safe and cautious took pride in my truck being cleaned and well maintained. I’m a bad driver now according to fmcsa. Never ran into stuff either damnit . Plus no tickets. Them bastards.

80% of accidents are due to careless driving not drugs so Clearing house are just making difficult for driver on what they on off duty personnel time

this is bullshit and should be illegal more people need to get together to fight this bs....they should take into account your driving record... have been driving 18 yrs and dont have a single accident or traffic infraction. yet somehow i am prohibitied from driving... this should be illegal... the FMCSA stated they do not issue licenses so they should also not be allowed suspend drving privilege. i have my own truck and ill be damned if i cant run it. also id like to add im not condoning hard drug use but truck drivers are people to and when off duty should be able to live how one wants like any one else. the clearing house prevents that from happening.. fuck of fmcsa stop punishing people for living now and then... also the RTD program is a crock of shit... taking observed piss tests like why??? its not like i was cheating... otherwise would not of failed

Please truck drivers just quit find something else to do when stores are empty people will respect what we did for that job you need a natural antidepressant
