Bro you should research Saudi Arabia better. Even if everyone goes to electric cars, Saudi has no such problem. Now that is oil free. Then it will take possession of gold and other mineral resources. Saudi Arabia does not only have oil. Their country also has many gold deposits and various mineral resources. But they did not touch them in the same way as they did with the oil. But now they are looking at exploiting all those mineral resources. I was in Saudi in between 2007-2009 and 2014-2018 To tackle unemployment saudi government start saudization in Public Sector company and then Banking and then slowly in private sector too. They sart imposing penalty on companies if Saudi National is employed less than 50% and for foreigners SAR 100/- per month if having family members. So lots of foreigners leave Saudi.
