@*😎* A lot of it is mindset. Nofap heals your dopamine receptors and thats a fact. I build muscle faster because your androgen receptors desensitize every time you fap. Plus your body reabsorbs the semen for extra nutritents. And no there have been no studies on reabsorption, but you cant hide behind science all the time. There were studies that masks didnt work and then the pandemic comes and all of a sudden it works. Sometimes you gotta try something for yourself, after the rediculous amount of attraction from women I got, there is no doubt in my mind it works

The improvement which i have sen in myself is: a) confidence b) more focused towards my goals. c) increase in self believe d) better relations with people e) feeling of compassion towards other being. f) realisation that true pleasure can't be achieved through body but by following spritual dimensions. g) creative thought process and critical thinking abilities.... There is much more benefits which i have to explore.....

Well, I am vegetarian, I don't do physical violence and trying to learn mental non-violence, I don't steal. I have to work hard for no lies. But still, no fap is very difficult to let alone remain celibate in thought. If I can do no fap for even a week I will have the confidence to do more.
