I'll always hate her for literally disrespecting Sanjeeda that way. Okay she isnt from the bolly industry but her talent in acting is phenomenal. She has got range n there was nothing wrong with what she said. Idk why Sharmin thinks she's being intellectual that way when all she's doing is making a fool of herself.

Sanjeeda sheikh is one of the best actors from the tv industry. Her character in Ek hasina thi is still so iconic and so different from the lot. I remember watching it as a child and just being mesmerized with the revenge drama going on. It is one of my favourite shows. Also she has almost worked in every genre including horror so calling someone that experienced(much more than you) an outsider just shows the level of intellect and respect the person speaking has for the craft. I think its more like tv vs movies where some people believe that the actors from tv are not "real actors" when in fact they have so much potential. I maybe biased here because you know childhood nostalgia factor thats what sanjeeda Sheikh brings for me so someone disrespecting her is just so hurtful.

She is only a nepo product. Talent bhi nahi hai heeramandi nahi dekha lekin reels mein dekha ek hi expression hai iski paas. Sanjeeda and aditi kitni talented aur khoobsoorat hai.

A lot of people are also defending her. That she was playing an introvert so she doesn't need to be expressive. But the whole point of acting is to make the audience feel something. Anger, happiness, sadness, love etc. From the few snippets of Alamzebs character i have seen, all i feel is cringe. Her acting doesn't make me feel anything.

Sharmin's interviews are out of the tolerance level because whatever she did with her acting in the series was counteracted by other phenomenal actors, but in the interviews it was evident how impossible she is to handle! Nothingness, restraint, and quiet doesn't result in being unconvincing or making the character unforgettable that she wasn't needed in the movie. She should learn from Ingmar Bergman's movies on how his actresses portray such interesting characters that requires restraint, silence and capturing audience attention in a slow paced movie.
